Overview

Phil has been a member of Wortham's Fort Worth practice since 2010. He primarily serves clients in the Energy Industry, with all lines of coverage, including Offshore Energy Packages;

Onshore Liabilities; Pollution Liability; Well Control; Energy Properties and Refineries; Pipelines; Workers Compensation; Maritime Employers' Liability; Umbrella and Excess Liability Towers and Bonding.

Prior to joining Wortham, Phil was an Underwriter with Travelers Insurance (1969); a Branch Manager in Dallas for Highlands Insurance (1972); an Independent Agent in Fort Worth (1978) and an Oil/Gas Agency Owner (1980-2010).
